Step 1: Setup & Preparation
  •

All specified areas will be drop clothed and covered including walkways, carpet, etc. All large furniture and pieces will be moved to center of the room and covered. All baseboards and trimwork will be taped prior to painting.

  •

Wall prep. All wall space will be examined for minor nicks, scrapes, nail pops, etc. These areas will be covered with pro grade SWP Spackle Compound and then sanded smooth.

  •

Caulking will be applied to any necessary gaps in between wall space and baseboards as well as countertops and trim boards. "We believe that thorough preparation is key to a quality paint job."

Step 2: Painting

We will then apply two coats of high quality SWP Paints to all areas specified.

Step 3: Daily Maintenance

Projects running longer than 1 day: We will determine a specified area with the homeowner to temporarily store all paint, materials, tools and drop cloth the area for the night. This is to provide the least amount of inconvenience while your project is in mid process.
Step 4: Final Walk Thru

Finally, a family member representative (Mike, Owen or Joe) will walk around the house making sure all contracted areas are painted properly

Step 1: Power Washing

Your house will be thoroughly cleaned using a high pressured power washer to cut loose any failing paint, dirt, mildew, etc.

Q. Do You Sub Contract?
No. Contrary to other painting companies, here at COUNTRY PAINTING we do not sub our work out. We provide easy to reach family member representatives, a friendly and professional crew, and outstanding references.
Q. Are 2 Coats Necessary?
Yes. COUNTRY PAINTING has always been up front and honest about recommending 2 coats of quality paint. Two coats provide the maximum durability and color depth. The majority of cost is factored into prep, set-up, and the application of the 1st coat. Cost factor for the 2nd coat is minimal.
Q. What Do I Need to Do Before We Start?
Just select a color and visit your local Sherwin Williams for color charts and samples. Color selections are due 1 day prior to your scheduled starting date.
Q. Do You Require a Deposit?
No. Here at COUNTRY PAINTING we don't require any deposit or down payments. We believe a quality contractor should supply all aspects of your project and the home owner should be completely satisfied before any payments are received.
